-Empty Closet, Cluttered closets stuffed from top to bottom tell prospective buyers your home's closet space in inadequate.
-Children and Pets, Make other arrangements for children and pets, so that they are not present when the buyer arrives.
-Turn on Lights and Open Drapes and Blinds, bright rooms appear larger.
